We now will be shipping by USPS. Orders will be most likely be shipped the same day if not within three days. If it something you need sooner please call me.
In the case of Paypal orders, and other customers where we have an e-mail address, you will receive an email from USPS letting you know the status. You will then receive an e-mail message from USPS giving you a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
When we ship high dollar orders, we do require a signature for delivery. We do not want the delivery guy to leave it on your doorstep and have it disappear – believe me, it happens. We also insure all markers.
For customers out of the US will be contacted about the shipping costs. I mail them thru the USPS the rate will be higher than the site calculates. I will get the actual amount and let you know the difference before I ship it to you, Just for a heads up shipping this way can take some time for you to receive the items.
In emergencies, a customer may need a part delivered on Saturday. Saturday delivery requires that the package be sent Next Day or 2nd Day with an additional charge for the Saturday delivery making it quite expensive. Saturday delivery is not available in all ZIP codes.
We occasionally ship Fed Ex Ground, or Express, or UPS at the customer’s request.
Damaged of Lost Packages
If a product arrives damaged or contents are missing, please keep the package in case USPS wants to see it. Call us (413-883-4328) to report the problem and give us a phone number in case USPS needs to contact you. We will report the problem to USPS. They will instruct us as to how to proceed.
If you ordered the wrong product, or we sent you the wrong product, please call 413-883-4328. In most cases we will send you the correct product, and a paypal invoice for the product, then, when the original product is returned to us refund you the cost.
